JUST 10

The 10 things that keeps me on my feet:


1) Drink plenty of water, eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon.

It is called the 8×8 rule. 2) Eat a healthy heavy breakfast, healthy lunch and light healthy dinner.

3) Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants, and eat less food that is processed.

4) Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy

5) Make time for prayer, spiritual activity.

6) Play more games or activities that pump your blood up.

7) Read more books than you did in last year.

8) Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day

9) Sleep for 7 hours (I know it’s hard, but try)

10) Take a 10-30 minutes’ walk every day ---- and while you walk, smile
